The location near a main road can introduce some unwanted noise if you’re in a front-facing room. Breakfast lacks a buffet option, requiring individual orders that can slow things down—having a quick self-serve cereal station would improve things. the toiletries could be enhanced. opting for quality refillable bottles instead of tiny single-use items would elevate the experience, though they still get the basics right. The elevated bath can be tricky to navigate, particularly if you've got any knee issues.

A lovely getaway
We spent 2 nights in a cozy double room. The food was just awesome, like proper table service for breakfast! The highlight was when the manager made me a late-night snack after hours. Only thing was the bar closed a bit too early for my liking. Still, the vibe of the place was super chill and friendly.

Delicious afternoon tea and beautiful gardens
Our stay was delightful! The stunning gardens provided a picturesque backdrop, perfect for capturing memories, and the afternoon tea spread was simply delicious, featuring a range of exquisite pastries and sandwiches. The interior decor and cozy ambiance made us feel instantly at home. The only downside was that the room temperature was a bit warmer than I prefer, but overall, it was a wonderful experience.

I loved the beautiful gardens around the hotel. They were perfect for photos and made our stay feel special. The breakfast each morning was delightful with plenty of choices. The room itself was clean and well-serviced, although it did feel a bit dated. I found the bed far too soft for my liking, making it uncomfortable at times. There was no air conditioning in our room, which made it hot for sleeping. The staff were friendly and attentive, and I appreciated their assistance with everything. the double glazing in our window had blown, making it hard to see out and a bit noisy when moving around. The evening meals were excellent, offering great choices and quality. some updates to the decor and facilities would enhance the experience further.

Had a great time with friends! We explored local pubs and enjoyed a lot of laughs over delicious food. The hotel had impressive grounds and the breakfast was delicious. I absolutely recommend the generous breakfast and the attentive staff. Definitely a spot for a chill getaway!
We were disappointed to find scaffolding right outside our windows, which took away from the ambiance during our stay.
